Paying for keep in touch days to be mandatory

I haven't found being pregnant a huge difficulty whilst working and have been well supported on maternity leave. However my keep in touch days are not paid for. To do keep in touch days I need to find childcare to go which means my self employed partner taking time off and us losing money. Having up to say 10 kit days which the employer must pay for if you choose to go in would make this easier and make returning to work easier too. 

Why the contribution is important

Last time I returned to work the team had doubled and we had a new office so it was a lot to take in!

 

The thought of everything changing and missing out on important desicion making makes returning to work harder and you feel like you've fallen behind other people.
