Longer time limit for pregnancy /maternity discrimination claims

There is a 3 month time limit for employment tribunal claims.  Many women encounter discrimination at a time they are vulnerable physically, emotionally and financially.  They should have a longer time limit to consider their position and bring a claim (eg 6 months)

Why the contribution is important

Greater legal protection for vulnerable women allowing them to enforce their rights and keeping them active in the economy .
